From our friends at Open Mar Vista:

Councilmember Mike Bonin, the Los Angeles Business Council and LADWP invite you to join them at the Westside Solar Feed-In-Tariff (FIT) Workshop this Tuesday, November 4 from 8:00-10:00 am at Mar Vista Rec. Center Gymnasium, 11430 Woodbine St., Los Angeles CA 90066.

Come learn how to turn your roof into an asset and help create a greener L.A. This workshop will provide details for building owners with:

Small businesses
Retail outlets
Commerical businesses
Multi-family apartments
Industrial properties
Breakfast will be provided.  RSVP to rlevy@labusinesscouncil.org.
Tuesday is election day!  Find your polling location here.

Anyone with any concerns or requiring further information about the project should attend that meeting.

Local Gentrification Developments

Below  is a link to a story on the Developer who will build at the corner of Marcasel and Washington Blvd. starting soon. They will soon complete the building next to Costco which is the first of the pictures.  The surprise is the announcement of a new 100 unit development at Inglewood and Washington – which corner is the mystery. All these are in Culver City – two of which are South Mar Vista adjacent!
